Horses and Whales

Tour Operator: Íslenski Hesturinn     7 hours     Travel method: Other / Non-Travel     Region: Capital Region

Our famous Volcanic Landscape riding tour - Horses and Whales. In Reykjavik we ride in a colorful landscape full of contrasts, lava landscape and mountain view. Here you will meet the great Icelandic Horse and we go for a great TÖLT ride. After the riding tour you will be driven to the whale watching boat where you will go on a sailing to see the whales with Special Tours. The whale watching begins after the riding tour, at about 1 pm and the tour ends there about 4 pm. It's a good idea to have some snacks or packed lunch for the whale watching as you wont have time between the riding and the whale watching for lunch. There is a possibility of buying limited assortments of refreshments on board the whale watching boat.

Pick up is between 8:45 and 9:15 and guests must be on a lookout for us and ready in the lobby and/or by the main entrance at pick up time. If there isn't a lobby, please wait outside at pick up time.

The whale watching starts at 13:00 - we will get you to the harbor - after the whale watching you are able to schedule drop off for a fee with Special Tours (done on board the boat)

Pick up and drop off is within Reykjavik City Center and nearby is included, which covers most hotels and guesthouses in Reykjavik City - please ask if in doubt.
